Trauma-informed Therapy for First Responders, Couples, and Survivors Who Are Ready
to Reclaim Their Lives.
Whether you survived a traumatic experience, or if you (or your partner) live with the ongoing daily strain on your emotional wellbeing (and your relationships with loved ones) that is all too common in the work as a first-responder- you may know experiences of anxiety and depression all too well. While silent suffering and relational difficulties may be the headspace
you’ve endured for years, it doesn’t need to continue to be the house you live in. Imagine how different your life would be if you had the support and the skills to navigate your world with a renewed sense of confidence and interpersonal success. Healing and emotional resiliency are realistic goals- yes, even for you.
You are at a turning point. In our fast-paced world, pressures are building and the roles you’ve stepped into are starting to crack. Maybe your relationship is strained. Perhaps you’re preparing for marriage and don’t want to repeat what you’ve seen or lived. Maybe you’re the one holding everything together on the outside while something inside feels off. Or perhaps you’re a first responder—or the one who stands beside one—carrying weight most people will never fully understand.
This is where things either stay the same…or they change.
Working together in couples therapy with me is a haven space for you and your partner to reconnect at the intersection where opportunity meets change. No more sugar-coating uncomfortable truths. My style is direct, providing a no-nonsense approach to mental health support for people who are done avoiding, done numbing out, and ready to face what’s real.
Whether it’s rebuilding trust, strengthening your foundation before marriage, or finding clarity amid pressure and responsibility, you and your partner will work together to finally arrive at a place where improvements you’ll achieve are sustainable.
For couples, that means building something solid—communication, respect, and connection that holds when life gets hard. For individuals, it means cutting through the noise, facing what’s been weighing on you, and stepping into who you’re meant to be.
I believe there is purpose in your life—even if it feels buried right now. Sometimes inner peace and wellbeing requires you to get proactive by stepping into the hard, honest work to uncover it.
This isn’t about surface-level change. It’s about becoming stronger, more grounded, and more aligned—in your relationships, your identity, and your direction.
If you’re ready to stop circling the same problems and start moving forward with intention, I’ll meet you there—and we’ll walk it out together.
Virtual therapy sessions are now available across the state of Texas and Idaho to ensure mental health support is accessible to you wherever you are.
“Without guidance, people fall, but with many counselors, there is deliverance”. - Proverbs
